Please provide a clear photo of your pet for reproduction. For the best results it is important that the photo be a close up of your pets face. If necessary we will crop the image for better clarity. If available, attach the picture via the below form. If you only have a normal photograph you may send it via mail. We will return the photograph with your nameplate. Whereas we will take all necessary precautions for the safekeeping of your picture. Toothacres pet Cemetery Services is not responsible for the photographs lost or damaged in the mail. We highly recommend not sending originals or one of a kind photographs.
